Dalmia Bharat Subsidiary Acquires 41% in Renewable SPV

Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd acquires 41% stake in Oyster Green Hybrid Five for ₹17.35 crore to source hybrid power.
The acquisition aims to provide 21.6 MW wind and 14 MWp solar power for DCBL's Kadapa plant in Andhra Pradesh.
Transaction is not a related party deal and supports Dalmia's RE100 and carbon negative commitments by 2030 and 2040.
Deal completion is subject to customary conditions and expected within four months through cash consideration.
