Overview

Danone India, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, announced on 19 August 2026 the introduction of two new flavour sachets – vanilla and chocolate – for its toddler nutrition drink Dexogrow. The launch is intended to make the product more appealing to young children while preserving its science‑backed nutritional profile.

Nutritional Highlights

Dexogrow is positioned as a solution to India’s childhood iron‑deficiency anemia, a condition that can impair cognitive development. The drink contains an Iron Biotics engine that supports three‑fold (3X) iron absorption and includes DHA, ARA and a blend of 36 essential nutrients. The new vanilla and chocolate sachets are incorporated into the existing Dexogrow packs, allowing parents to choose a flavour without compromising the underlying nutrition.

Market Positioning and Availability

According to Priyanka Verma, Marketing Director of Danone India, “Getting toddlers to enjoy something that’s genuinely good for them can be a big battle for parents. With Vanilla and Chocolate flavours now part of the Dexogrow range, we want nutrition moments to feel less like a negotiation and more like something kids ask for themselves, without compromising on the nutrition parents count on.” The sachets will be sold through retail stores and online platforms nationwide, including the Amazon link amzn.in/d/0iCed3P9, and further information is available at www.danone.in.

Corporate Mission

The product extension aligns with Danone’s broader mission to provide health through food to as many people as possible, aiming to make the enhanced Dexogrow accessible to every child across India.
