Meeting Format: Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM)
Record Date: Friday, September 11, 2026 for determining members eligible to receive final dividend

If dividend is approved at the AGM, payment will be processed as follows:

For shares held in dematerialized mode: Dividend payable to beneficial owners as at close of business hours on September 11, 2026 based on details furnished by Depositories
For shares held in physical mode: Dividend payable to all members after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company/Company's Registrar & Share Transfer Agents as at close of business hours on September 11, 2026
All dividend payments subject to tax deducted at source (TDS)

The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the Notice convening the 38th AGM will be sent to Members electronically in due course.
