The resignation is effective from 17th September, 2026. Mr. Kochar announced and read out his resignation during the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 17th September, 2026.
The resignation will be placed before the Board of Directors in an upcoming Board Meeting for noting and necessary action in accordance with applicable provisions of law. The date of this Board Meeting will be communicated to the exchange once fixed.
