Davangere Sugar Company shareholders approved all five resolutions at EGM held on April 24, 2026.
Resolutions included increasing authorized share capital, enhancing borrowing limits, and raising foreign investment limits.
Shareholders approved fundraising through FCCB/ECB and other permissible modes with over 99.88% votes in favor.
Total 602 million shares voted representing 42.1% of outstanding shares across all resolutions.
