DBEIL Board Meeting May 30 for FY26 Results

DBEIL intimates NSE and BSE of its board meeting on May 30, 2026, to approve audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY26.
The meeting will be held at the company's corporate office, as per SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 29.
The trading window, closed since May 25, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the FY26 results are declared.
