Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has emerged as L1 bidder for 12 high-rise residential buildings (G+13) for IOCL's Panipat Township in Haryana worth Rs.474.25 crore.
The project scope includes monolithic construction, parking, sewerage treatment plant, utility infrastructure, roadworks, and amenities under Package-I.
Upon formal award, the company's total order book will stand at approximately Rs.2,000 crore.
