Nature of change: Resignation and early cessation of Senior Management Personnel.

Name and designation: Mr. Jayaram Vishwanath, Head Corporate Banking, Construction Finance & SME, designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Bank.

Effective date: He is relieved from the services of the Bank with effect from the close of business hours on November 04, 2026. Consequently, he ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Bank with effect from the close of business hours on November 04, 2026.

Reason for early cessation: The early relieving was due to personal exigencies, as requested by Mr. Jayaram Vishwanath and accepted by the Bank.

Previous communication: This update revises the effective date from the previously communicated date of November 10, 2026 (as per intimation Ref. No.CO:CS:RC:2026-27:164 dated October 23, 2026). All other information from that earlier intimation remains unchanged.

Regulatory compliance: This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations and circulars of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
