DCX Systems Receives INR 435.85 Crore Orders

DCX Systems Limited has intimated the receipt of purchase orders totaling approximately INR 435.85 Crores received by the company and its wholly owned subsidiary in the normal course of business.

The company itself received purchase orders worth INR 431.83 Crores, comprising:

• Supply of Electronic Kits (Export Order): INR 409.40 Crores
• Manufacture and supply of Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies (Domestic and Export Orders): INR 22.43 Crores

The company's wholly owned subsidiary, M/s. Raneal Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd., received purchase orders worth INR 4.02 Crores for:

• Manufacture and supply of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (Domestic and Export Orders): INR 4.02 Crores

The disclosure was made through a letter signed by Gurumurthy Hegde, Company Secretary, Legal and Compliance Officer, and addressed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
