Dividend Declaration
- The members approved the declaration of a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.25 per fully paid equity share of Re. 1 each (i.e. @ 125%) for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2026.
- The dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration, i.e., by 25th October 2026.
- The dividend will be paid to shareholders as at 19th September 2026 (record date).
- Payment will be made in electronic mode only, in accordance with SEBI Guidelines.
Payment Conditions
- For members whose KYC or bank mandate is not updated, dividend payment will be withheld until such time the same is updated.
- Dividend will be paid in electronic/online mode upon updation of requisite particulars.
- Dividend will be paid after deduction of tax at source (TDS) as may be applicable.
AGM Context
- The dividend was declared at the 6th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, 26th September 2026 at 11:30am (IST) through Video Conferencing.
- Votes were cast through Electronic means (E-voting).
- The Scrutinizer Report was issued by Mr. Ashok Kumar Daga, (Membership No. FCS 2699 and COP No. 2948), Practicing Company Secretary, Kolkata.
