Existing Text: The resolution was incorrectly stated to be passed "as a Special Resolution."

Revised Text: The resolution should be passed "as an Ordinary Resolution."

Clarification

The company clarified that the resolution text and explanatory statement under Item No. 3 correctly contemplated approval by an Ordinary Resolution. The error was limited to the heading portion of Item No. 3 only. All other contents of the AGM Notice remain unchanged.
