Deccan Gold Mines announced significant nickel-copper-PGE mineralisation discovery at its Bhalukona licence in Chhattisgarh through maiden drilling campaign.
First drill hole intersected 60m of mineralised gabbro with 30m averaging 0.4% Ni_Eq, including 2.6m grading 1.01% nickel and 0.2g/t palladium.
Company completed 1,200m drilling across 7 holes over 1.3km strike zone, confirming sulphide mineralisation with pentlandite, chalcopyrite, and pyrrhotite.
Exploration to accelerate with objective of establishing mineable resource and fast-tracking mining lease applications for India's first Ni-Cu-PGE mine.
