Regulatory Updates
Malwa Power Private Limited Tariff Dispute
- Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) passed an interim order revising tariff to ₹3.50 per unit after PPA expired on 26.04.2025
- Company filed review petition for tariff revision
- PSERC's final order dated 27 March 2026 fixed tariff for FY2025-26 at ₹5.224/kWh (₹0.97 fixed + ₹4.254 variable) with 5% annual escalation on variable cost
- Tariff for FY2026-27 is ₹5.437 per kWh
- Company has filed appeal before APTEL, New Delhi challenging PSERC order and seeking tariff increase as per CERC Regulations

DEE Development Engineers (Power Division) Tariff Dispute
