Deep Health AI: Postal Ballot Authorized Capital Increase Approved

Deep Health AI India Limited (formerly Deep Diamond India Limited) submitted postal ballot voting results to BSE under Regulation 44 of SEBI LODR, 2015.
Shareholders approved an Ordinary Resolution to increase the Authorized Share Capital and alter the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association.
Of 867,300 valid votes cast, 860,035 (99.16%) were in favour and 7,265 (0.84%) against, with only 171 of 93,133 shareholders participating.
