Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited secured L1 bidder status for a ₹474.25 crore residential project at IOCL's Panipat Refinery Township in Haryana.
The project involves construction of 12 high-rise (G+13) residential buildings using monolithic technology, plus parking, STP, and utility infrastructure.
Upon formal award, DBEIL's total order book is expected to scale to approximately ₹32,000 crore, enhancing revenue visibility significantly.
