Key Appointments and Changes
- Appointment: Dr. Naresh Kumar Puritipati has been appointed as "President – Human Resources", a Senior Management Personnel of the Company. The appointment is effective from 2nd July 2026.
- Cessation of Interim Role: Consequent to this appointment, Mr. Naresh Pinisetti, President – Corporate Governance, ceases to hold the additional responsibility of leading and managing the Human Resources function. He had been entrusted with this responsibility on an interim basis.
- Continued Role: Mr. Naresh Pinisetti will continue to serve in his primary role as "President – Corporate Governance".

Dr. Naresh Kumar Puritipati
- Education: He has done his Graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and Post Graduation in Human Resources.
- Experience: He possesses more than twenty-five years of rich and diverse experience across large multinational companies and leading Indian conglomerates.
- Expertise: His proven expertise includes driving HR Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Leadership Development, Industrial Relations, and cultural integration across geographies including India, Malaysia, and Myanmar. He has expertise in aligning people's practices with business priorities, building high-performance cultures, and leading complex, multi-entity HR initiatives globally and at the enterprise level.
- Previous Role: Immediately prior to joining Deepak Fertilisers, he was associated with Lactalis India as Group HR Director. His long career includes a significant stint with various divisions of Coca-Cola, viz. Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd., Coca-Cola Bottler (Malaysia) Pinya Beverages (Myanmar). He was also associated with Spencer's Retail Ltd. during the initial part of his career.
