The Company has restructured its manufacturing leadership by creating two distinct roles:
- President - Manufacturing Operations
- President - Manufacturing Excellence & Technology Development
Appointment Details
Mr. Amir Alvi has been appointed as "President - Manufacturing Operations" and designated as Senior Management Personnel effective September 1, 2026.
Mr. Pandurang Landge, previously "President – Manufacturing", has been redesignated as "President - Manufacturing Excellence & Technology Development" effective September 1, 2026, and remains part of Senior Management.

Mr. Amir Alvi
- Brings over 36 years of experience in Fertilizers & Chemicals Industries
- Expertise includes Manufacturing, Plant Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, end-to-end Project Execution (concept to commissioning), multi-site Management, Manufacturing Operations, Capex Projects & Plant Debottlenecking Expansion, EHS & Process Safety Excellence, Government & Regulatory Liaison, Management & Technical Collaboration
- Previously associated with Coromandel International Ltd. for over a decade, most recently as Executive VP & Head of Manufacturing and Chief Operating Officer (Fertilizers)
- Prior experience includes 23 years with Tata Chemicals Limited in various leadership roles managing large-scale fertilizer and chemical manufacturing complexes
- Educational qualifications: B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Aligarh University and PGDBM from Brilliant's M Power B School
- Career achievements include CII ITC National Sustainability Award by the President of India (2012), British Safety Council 5 Star, Sword of Honour in SHE & Environmental Management multiple times, and Dunn & Bradstreet Top 500 Value Creators Award (2023)
Mr. Pandurang Landge
- Has 44 years of domestic and overseas experience in operations, business conceptualization, execution, projects product development, projects commercialization and running businesses
- Started career with Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (RCF) with responsibilities of project execution and operations of world-scale Ammonia plants
- Spent 20 years in Saudi Arabia as head of a start-up that grew into a multi-product, multi-million dollar venture that went public in 2008 with him as the first non-Saudi President of a Saudi Arabian public company
- Educational qualification: Graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering from University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Bombay University
