Deepak Fertilisers HR Head Resigns, Interim Named

Mr. Romy Sahay resigned as President - HR and Senior Management Personnel effective 19th April 2026 to pursue external opportunities.
Mr. Naresh Pinisetti, President - Corporate Governance, assumes interim HR leadership until a permanent replacement is appointed.
Mr. Pinisetti brings over 30 years of HR experience including roles at Vestas and Bayer Group with international exposure.
