Deepak Chem Tech Limited (DCTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Deepak Nitrite Limited, allotted 9% OCRPS worth ₹135 Crores in total.
Deepak Phenolics Limited received 1.10 crore OCRPS worth ₹110 Crores; Deepak Nitrite Limited directly subscribed to 25 lakh OCRPS worth ₹25 Crores.
Funds are intended to strengthen DCTL's capital base and support project expenses; DCTL operates Fluorination, Nitric Acid, Nitration, and Hydrogenation plants in Gujarat.
The transaction is classified as a Related Party Transaction conducted at arms length; no regulatory approvals were required.
