Delhivery Allots 86,225 ESOP Shares

Delhivery Limited intimated the allotment of 86,225 equity shares upon exercise of vested ESOP options, approved by the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee.
The shares were allotted under ESOP 2012 (69,025 shares) and ESOP III 2020 (17,200 shares) with exercise prices ranging from Re. 0.10 to Rs. 29.85.
Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital increased by Rs. 86,225 to Rs. 74,86,94,333, and the shares rank pari-passu.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations, with money realized being Rs. 4,85,177.85.
