On September 23, 2026, Anurag Arora, Senior Director and General Manager of India Consumer Business at Dell Technologies, visited the Dell Exclusive Store located on Hosur Road in the Bommanahalli neighbourhood of Bengaluru. Accompanying him were members of the Dell team, and they were received by Rajkumar Jayavel, Founder of Laptop Store and Laptell, along with the Laptop Store retail staff.
The purpose of the visit was to reinforce the partnership between Dell Technologies and Laptop Store, a retailer that has operated in India’s laptop and technology‑services sector since 2007 and runs multi‑brand and exclusive retail formats across several major Indian cities. During the meeting, Arora and Jayavel discussed opportunities to deepen collaboration, focusing on customer experience, retail expansion, product availability, and stronger in‑store engagement for Dell’s consumer base in South Bengaluru.
