Dividend Details

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026, recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.50 (Fifty Paise only) per equity share of face value Re. 1 each for the year ended 31st March 2026. This dividend is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Thursday, 10th September 2026.

Record Date and Payment

Payment will be made to members whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members or as Beneficial Owners as per depository records (NSDL and CDSL) at the close of business on Monday, 17th August 2026.

TDS Framework

Pursuant to the Finance Act, 2020, dividend income is taxable in the hands of shareholders. The company is required to deduct TDS at applicable rates under the Income Tax Act, 2025 and Income Tax Rules, 2026.

TDS Rates for Resident Members

  • No TDS if aggregate dividend during Tax Year (TY) 2026-27 does not exceed ₹10,000 for resident individuals.
  • 10% TDS if valid PAN is available.
  • No TDS if Form 121 (replacing Forms 15G/15H) is submitted and eligibility conditions are met.
  • Higher of prescribed TDS rates or 20% if PAN is not available or inoperative.
  • Specific self-declaration requirements for resident non-individual members (insurance companies, mutual funds, NPS Trust, AIFs, provident/superannuation/gratuity funds, others claiming exemption).

TDS Rates for Non-Resident Members

  • 20% TDS (plus applicable surcharge and cess).
  • 30% TDS for shareholders from Notified Jurisdictional Areas.
  • Option to avail beneficial Double Tax Avoidance Treaty (DTAA) rates by submitting PAN (if allotted), Tax Residency Certificate (TRC), Form 41, and a self-declaration (Enclosure 2) certifying tax residency, beneficial ownership, and no permanent establishment in India.
  • For Singapore tax residents, proof of satisfying Article 24 (Limitation of Relief) under India-Singapore DTAA is required.

General Provisions for All Members

  • TDS at rates specified in Lower/Nil withholding certificate u/s 395(1) of the Act if submitted for TY 2026-27.
  • Higher tax rate applicable across multiple accounts under single PAN.
  • Documents must be submitted via https://www.purvashare.com/investor-service/form-15g-15h-10f or email to dividendtax@deltin.com by Saturday, 29th August 2026, 5:00 PM IST.
  • Email must include name, folio/DP-client ID, PAN, and tax year.
  • Scanned copies only; originals may be requested later.
  • Company reserves right to verify details and reject incomplete/discrepant documents.
  • Rule 203 declarations for TDS credit to another person must be submitted by 29th August 2026.
  • Members can claim refund via income tax return if higher TDS is deducted.
  • Members indemnify company against demands arising from misrepresentation.
  • TDS rates are subject to surcharge and cess.
  • TDS certificates can be downloaded from https://documents.deltacorp.in/login.aspx using PAN as user ID and demat/folio number as password.
