Marvel Resorts, a Delta Corp subsidiary, acquired 74% stakes in Easymile Parking and Shanta Infratech for strategic investment.
The acquisitions, completed for ₹2.84 lakh each in cash, are not related party transactions and will be finalized by 5th May 2026.
Easymile provides mechanized parking solutions with ₹71.75 lakh turnover, while Shanta Infratech is in construction with ₹1.39 crore turnover.
