KYC and Shareholder Requirements
As per SEBI guidelines, shareholders must update their PAN, contact details (postal address with PIN, email address, mobile number, bank account details), and nomination details. For folios where PAN or KYC details are not updated, any payment including dividend will only be made electronically upon furnishing the required information.
Shareholders are encouraged to dematerialize physical shares and update details with the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent.
