Delton Cables Limited has provided intimation of a scheduled Board of Directors meeting pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The agenda items for the meeting include:
- Consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
- Consideration and approval of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors on the financial results
- Consideration and approval of the Notice and Directors' Report for the 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
The company also confirmed that the trading window for trading in securities of the Company remains closed in pursuance of the earlier intimation made on June 24, 2026 under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window closure will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
