Desco Infratech Limited has formally intimated the stock exchange regarding its emergence as the L1 (Lowest Bidder) for a tender floated by Indian Oil Corporation Limited. The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The project involves execution of Last Mile Connectivity (LMC) / GI Installation & Direct Marketing Agency (DMA) Works in Vizag GA (Geographical Area) in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The scope of work includes:

  • Laying, testing, and commissioning of underground Polyethylene (PE) main and service pipelines network
  • Pipeline sizes ranging from 20mm up to 180mm Diameter
  • Above ground GI/Cu pipe installation (LMC)
  • Direct Marketing Services for PNG Connections to Domestic, Industrial and Commercial consumers
  • Installation of DRS / MRS / DCU / Metering Skid / SR / Meters / Regulators
  • Services for City Gas Distribution project

The company has indicated that further disclosure, including details required under SEBI regulations read with Master circular, will be made separately upon receipt of the formal Letter of Intent (LOI) or Letter of Award (LOA) or Purchase Order from the concerned authority.
