Desco Infratech has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, DESCO GLOBAL FZ LLC, in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, UAE.
The subsidiary was incorporated on March 25, 2026, with a share capital of AED 10,000 and will operate in project management consultancy.
The board of directors approved the incorporation on January 17, 2026, and the company has complied with all regulatory requirements.
