The 45th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, 25th September 2026 at 03:00 P.M.
The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote through remote e-voting or at the AGM is Friday, 18th September 2026.
The remote e-voting period will commence from Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and end on Thursday, 24th September 2026 at 5:00 P.M. This is in accordance with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
