Desi Farms India Limited issued a corrigendum to its Notice of the 63rd Annual General Meeting that was originally dispatched on 5th September 2026. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.

The corrigendum addresses the omission of certain required disclosures in the Explanatory Statement forming part of the original AGM notice. Specifically, it adds the nature of business information for eight related parties under Point No. 3 of Table A1 of Annexures 1 to 8, which form part of the Explanatory Statements to Item Nos. 3 to 10 of the Notice.

These items (3 to 10) pertain to the approval of material Related Party Transactions (RPTs) proposed to be entered into by the company. The additional disclosure is made in accordance with the SEBI Circular dated October 13, 2025 and the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026 on the Industry Standards for "Minimum information to be provided to the Audit Committee and Shareholders for approval of Related Party Transactions" (RPT Industry Standards).

The nature of business for each related party is as follows:

  • SNA Milk and Milk Products Limited: Manufacturing, processing, trading, distribution and supply of dairy products and their by-products, including milk, milk powder, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer and other dairy-based products.
  • Vedaaz Organics Private Limited: Processing, farming, manufacturing and trading of organic food products, including Desi Cow Milk and its by-products, organic fruits, vegetables, pulses and other food provisions.
  • DFSU Farmer Connect Private Limited: Procurement, processing, manufacturing, packaging, trading, marketing, distribution and supply of milk, dairy products, ice cream and allied products.
  • Suruchi Dairy Industries Private Limited: Manufacturing, processing and trading of milk, dairy products and allied food products, including milk, cream, butter, ghee, cheese, milk powder, ice cream and other milk-based products.
  • Nivasat Foods Private Limited: Manufacturing, processing, trading, import, export, distribution and supply of organic and processed food products, beverages, dairy products, health foods, nutraceuticals and dietary supplements.
  • G K Dairy and Milk Products Private Limited: Manufacturing, processing, trading and distribution of milk, dairy products, processed foods and allied agricultural products, including dairy farming and related activities.

The company confirms that except for these specific additions, all other terms, contents and disclosures contained in the original AGM Notice dated 5th September 2026 remain unchanged. This corrigendum forms an integral part of and should be read in conjunction with the original AGM Notice.
