• Dev Labtech Venture Limited (BSE SME: 543848) filed a Postal Ballot Notice under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations on 30th March 2026.
• Four resolutions proposed: authorised capital increase to Rs. 25 Cr, MoA object clause alteration adding food and shipping businesses, 1:10-to-Rs.5 stock split, and 1:1 bonus issue.
• E-voting via NSDL runs from 31st March 2026 (9:00 am) to 29th April 2026 (5:00 pm); results to be declared on or before 30th April 2026.
