Property Specifics

First Asset: Prestige Lakeshore Drive development located opposite Bellandur Lake within a 90-acre corporate campus housing global occupiers. The premium asset is exclusively designed to cater to evolving enterprise requirements.

Second Asset: Prestige Featherlite Tech Hub, an integrated Grade A+ asset that champions the Walk to Work model, catering to occupiers prioritizing reduced commute times, improved employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Operational Impact

The expansion will add over 1,200 seats to DevX's portfolio and is expected to generate approximately ₹2.2 crore in monthly revenue.

Financial Commitment

An investment of approximately ₹10 crore is allocated towards fit-outs and infrastructure development for the Lakeshore Drive asset.

Timeline

The Prestige Lakeshore Drive asset is expected to launch on 1st August 2026.
