Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX) signed a long-term agreement to operate a 27-storey, 8 lakh sq ft commercial tower in Ahmedabad valued at ~₹850 crore.
DevX ranked 8th among India's Fastest-Growing Companies 2026, recording 512.79% growth between 2021 and 2024.
Company has multiple upcoming projects in Ahmedabad including a 4,92,000 sq ft GMDC development and an 84,000 sq ft managed workspace at Million Minds Tech City.
