DGS Group Expands Redevelopment Portfolio in Andheri Lokhandwala
DGS Group, a Mumbai‑based real‑estate development venture headed by Mr. Brahmdev Shukla, announced that its redevelopment footprint in the Andheri Lokhandwala neighbourhood of Andheri (West) now comprises approximately 25 lakh sq ft of construction potential spread across five major projects and additional developments.
The flagship joint‑redevelopment project, Sheetal Sky, consolidates three societies previously known as Twin Tower, Gurudarshan and Guruprasad on a combined plot of about 9,500 sq m. Another key project, Sheetal Elara (codename LV), redevelops the former Sneh and Sagar societies on a 3,000 sq m plot with an estimated development potential of roughly 2 lakh sq ft; the launched inventory was sold within approximately 45 days of launch.
DGS Group has recently executed development agreements for two further projects in the same belt: Kamdhenu Commercial, occupying roughly 6,200 sq m, and Apna Ghar Unit No. 7, covering about 6,600 sq m. At Apna Ghar Unit No. 7 the group proposes a dedicated commercial tower, described as the first commercial tower of its kind in the immediate vicinity, thereby strengthening its commercial development presence.
To date, the group has committed around 20 lakh sq ft of construction across its Andheri Lokhandwala portfolio, with the total identified development potential amounting to about 25 lakh sq ft. Mr. Shukla emphasized that the objective is not merely to rebuild structures but to create developments that add long‑term value for existing society members, future residents and the neighbourhood, pledging transparent execution, quality construction and responsible development.
The company indicated that it continues to explore additional redevelopment opportunities within the Andheri Lokhandwala belt, positioning the area as a key focus of its overall development strategy. Further information is available on the company website at www.dgsgroup.co.in.
