The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report thereon.
Additionally, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations 2018, the company has implemented a trading window closure for all directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), designated employees, and their immediate relatives.
