A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at the registered office of the company. The primary agenda is to consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Trading Window Closure

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct, the trading window will remain closed from August 20, 2026 to August 26, 2026 (both dates inclusive). This closure applies to designated persons of the company.
