He has extensive exposure to Forex & Trade Finance, Credit, Branch Banking, Vigilance, and Risk Management during his tenure at Federal Bank Ltd. His experience covers core banking operations, vigilance, fraud prevention & compliance, risk management, credit, forex & trade finance, governance, and ESG across various financial institutions.

Educational qualifications: Mr. Gopalakrishnan holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Law degree, is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), and holds a Certification in Small Finance Bank Operations.
