Board Meeting Information
Meeting No. 02/2026-2027 of the Board of Directors of Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 31st, 2026 at 05:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on June 30th, 2026.
Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to the company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' and in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from August 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026. This continues the intimation previously provided on June 23rd, 2026.
