The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, 10th August 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 1st July 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
