DHL Teamsters Ratify 20% Wage Increase

Teamsters voted 92% to ratify a four‑year collective bargaining agreement with DHL.
The deal provides a 20% wage increase, higher health and welfare contributions, and job protections including AI and autonomous‑vehicle safeguards.
Negotiations began mid‑February 2026, with a tentative agreement reached March 29, just before the contract expiry on March 31.
Deutsche Post shares fell 1.1% in European trade following the announcement.
