Dhoot Industrial Finance EGM Cut-Off August 13, 2026

Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited has intimated BSE Limited about the cut-off date for its upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM).

The EOGM of the company will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 02:30 P.M. through Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in conformity with regulatory provisions and Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

The cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the EOGM is Thursday, August 13, 2026.
