A meeting of the Board of Directors (2/2026-27) will be held at the Registered Office of the Company on Monday, August 10, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Trading Window Closure

As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading:

• The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives effective July 1, 2026
• The Trading Window shall remain closed until August 12, 2026 (both days inclusive)
• The closure period extends to 48 hours after the announcement of financial results
