Appointment Details

Dhvija Finance Limited (formerly known as F Mec International Financial Services Limited) has appointed Mr. Manoj Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with immediate effect from November 3, 2026.

Reason for Change

The appointment fills a casual vacancy arising due to the resignation of Ms. Mahima Jain, the previous CFO.

Approval Process

The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC).

Professional Background of New CFO

Mr. Manoj Kumar holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, financial management and related areas. His extensive professional experience and expertise are expected to contribute to the financial management and overall operations of the Company.

Governance Note

Mr. Manoj Kumar is appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, not as a Director, therefore director relationship disclosures are not applicable.
