1. Receipt, consideration, and adoption of the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, together with Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors, including the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the same period.

2. Appointment of a director in place of Mr. Tanmay Godiawala (DIN: 07084668) who retires by rotation and offered himself for re-appointment.

Chairman's Address and Q&A

The Chairman provided an overview of the company's financial performance for FY ended March 31, 2026 and discussed future outlook. Several members asked questions regarding the company's existing business scenario, capex status, and future planning, which were satisfactorily replied to by the Executive Chairman.

Voting Arrangements

The company provided electronic voting facilities pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. E-voting commenced at 9:00 AM on September 12, 2026, and ended at 5:00 PM on September 15, 2026. Voting through ballot paper was also arranged at the AGM. M/s. Sandip Sheth & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, was appointed as Scrutinizer to conduct the e-voting process. The Scrutinizer's report along with e-voting results will be placed on the company's website and intimated to the stock exchanges.
