Diamond Power Infrastructure received a Letter of Intent from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited for cable supply worth ₹43.93 crore inclusive of GST.
The order involves supply of 453 km of cables to be executed within 7 months in equal monthly lots after a 45-day commencement period.
The transaction is domestic, not a related party transaction, and no promoter/promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.
