Diamond Power Infrastructure received a Letter of Intent from Adani Green Energy for supply of cables worth Rs. 19.57 crore.
The order is domestic and must be executed within 15 days of the LOI issuance.
The company stated the order is not a related party transaction and the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
