Order Details

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received two purchase orders from Rajesh Power Services Limited, Ahmedabad, aggregating to ₹195.48 crore (basic value, excluding GST). The total value including GST is ₹230.67 crore.

Order Breakdown:

  • PO No. PO26-27/582: ₹98.21 crore basic value (₹115.89 crore including GST)
  • PO No. PO26-27/584: ₹97.27 crore basic value (₹114.78 crore including GST)

Project Specifications

Product: 11 kV (E) 3-core Aluminium XLPE Armoured (A2XFY) power cables

Total Quantity: Approximately 1,370 km of cable

  • PO26-27/582: 645 km of 11 kV cables (240/300/95 sq mm)
  • PO26-27/584: 725 km of 11 kV cables (240/300/185/95 sq mm)

End Customer: Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL), a Government of Gujarat power distribution utility

Projects:

  • Disaster Management (SDMF) Scheme for coastal area undergrounding
  • System Improvement (SI)/Urban Underground programme

Execution Timeline

The orders are to be executed over the next 12 months. Supplies shall be made as per detailed delivery schedule and lot-wise manufacturing clearances to be issued upon PGVCL approvals and clearance of BOQ.

Commercial Terms

Payment Terms: 100% including all taxes and duties within 30 days from date of receipt of invoice

Pricing: Prices are on F.O.R. site basis and are variable, linked to the IEEMA price variation formula (base months March 2026 and January 2026 respectively)

Scope: Quantities are subject to final site survey and PGVCL approvals. Technical specifications, guarantees and testing as per PGVCL project specifications

Manufacturing and Operational Impact

The cables will be manufactured at the Company's integrated facility at Vadodara, Gujarat. The orders add meaningful visibility to the company's order book from the state utility segment.
