Awarding Entity: Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) — for and on behalf of its project SPVs

Contract Nature: Design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing at manufacturer's works, packing, dispatch and transportation with transit insurance on DAP (Delivery at Place) basis for supply of AL59 Aluminium Alloy Conductors

Scope and Quantity:

  • 1,050 Km of AL59 Moose Conductor for the Tuticorin Project
  • 3,770 Km of AL59 Zebra Conductor for the Pune-III Project
  • Total: 4,820 Km of conductors

Contract Value:

  • Base value: ₹1,85,16,45,098 (Rupees One Hundred Eighty-Five Crore Sixteen Lakh Forty-Five Thousand Ninety-Eight only)
  • Value inclusive of 18% GST: ₹2,18,49,41,216
  • The amount is inclusive of Packing & Forwarding (P&F) and Freight & Transit Insurance (F&TI) charges but exclusive of GST

Pricing Mechanism: The contract is on a variable-price basis, reckoned at Aluminium LME of USD 2,550/MT, premium of USD 106/MT and USD/INR of 87. Final prices will be determined in accordance with the agreed Price Variation (PV) formula based on the average LME and USD/INR of the month preceding the scheduled dispatch month. The realised contract value may vary accordingly.

Execution Timeline

Deliveries are scheduled between July 2026 and February 2027 (within approximately eight months). The detailed delivery schedule is as follows:

Tuticorin Project - AL59 Moose Conductor (1,050 Km):

  • July 2026: 500 Km
  • August 2026: 550 Km

Pune-III Project - AL59 Zebra Conductor (3,770 Km):

  • August 2026: 570 Km
  • September 2026: 500 Km
  • October 2026: 500 Km
  • November 2026: 700 Km
  • December 2026: 500 Km
  • January 2027: 500 Km

Delivery locations are to be intimated by AESL separately.

Related Party Considerations

None of the promoters, promoter group or group companies of Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited have any interest in Adani Energy Solutions Limited. The transaction is not a related party transaction and has been received on an arm's length basis from an unrelated third party.
