DIC India Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure to the BSE Limited, The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The primary agenda of this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2026.
Furthermore, the company reiterates the closure of the "Trading Window" for dealing in its securities. As previously intimated via a letter dated June 25, 2026, and in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (under SEBI regulations), the trading window was closed effective July 01, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the financial results to the public.
