The agreement has been entered into with Audesy Mediatech Private Limited. The purpose of the agreement is the assignment/transfer of domain and intellectual property associated with the Fabplay business. The size of the agreement involves a consideration of INR 1 crore, subject to the terms and conditions. There is no shareholding in the entity with whom the agreement is executed. The said parties are not related to the promoter/promoter group/group companies in any manner. The transaction does not fall within related party transactions and is done at arm's length.
