A meeting of the Board of Directors of Digicontent Limited will be held on Monday, 2nd November 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2026.

Subject b) Trading Window Closure Intimation

In continuation of the company's letter dated 28th September 2026 regarding the closure of the Trading Window under the Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons," the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed until Wednesday, 4th November 2026.
